Description Request For Quotation For The Materials For The Installation Of Christmas Decoration And Lights At Municipal Hall And Park Lgu, Libertad, Antique The Municipality Of Libertad, Antique, Through The Lgu Trust Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Ninety-nine Thousand One Hundred Ninety-five Pesos (p 99,195.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Request For Quotation For The Materials For Installation Of Christmas Decoration And Lights At Municipal Hall And Park. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 1. The Municipality Of Libertad, Antique Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required In 15 Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 3 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 2. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
