The Municipality Of Lemery, Through The Ldrrm Trust Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Hundred Ninety- Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-six Pesos & 14/100 (999,936.14) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Rehabilitation/ Improvement Of Drainage Canal At Barangay Rizal With Project Identification Number B2024-079. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Lemery Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within 30 Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
