The Municipality Of Laur, Through The Budget For The Contract Approved By The Sanggunian Cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Seven Hundred Ninety-eight Thousand Pesos And 31/100 (php 798,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Extension Of Public Communal Faucets Powered By Solar Water Pump At Barangay Canantong, Laur, Nueva Ecija With Project Identification Number Infra-15-2024. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Laur Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within The Duration Of Seventy (70) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
