The Local Government Unit Of Lapuyan, Through The Annual Cultural Plan Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos Only (php 350,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Culture & The Arts Office & Display Center. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Lapuyan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Construction Of Culture & The Arts Office & Display Center. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project.
