The Local Government Unit Of Lambayong, Through The 20% Development Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Php 286,490.00 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Lam-bac-097-024. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Lambayong Now Invites Bids For Labor- Improvement Of Materials Recovery Facility/ Sanitary Land Fill (mrf/ Slf) (meo). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 2 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
