Description Invitation To Bid For Purchase Of Construction Materials For The Improvement Of Multi-purpose Building The Local Government Unit Of Laguindingan, Through The 20% Local Development Fund, Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Twenty Eight Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Five Pesos Only (php. 128,725.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Purchase Of Construction Materials For The Improvement Of Multi-purpose Building (solicitation No.: 2024-09-17-100, Reference No.: 11260556). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Local Government Unit Of Laguindingan Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 15 Calendar Days From The Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
