Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Leyte Municipality Of La Paz Office Of Bids And Awards Committee Request For Quotation (rfq) The Local Government Unit Of La Paz, Leyte, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Will Undertake A Negotiated Procurement – Small Value Procurement (sec.53.9 Irr Ra 9184) Under Purchase Request No. 24-0002 With An Approved Budget For The Contract Amounting To Ninety-nine Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (php 99,500.00) Only. In Accordance With The Above Provision The Canvass Forms Can Be Obtained From The Bac Secretariat, G/f La Paz Town Hall, Lgu – La Paz, Leyte, Starting January 10, 2024, From 8:00 A.m. To 5:00 P.m. Deadline For The Submission Of Canvass Is On January 15, 2024, 12:00 P.m. At The Same Office Along With The Following Requirements For Accreditation Purposes: 1.valid And Current Mayor’s Permit/municipal License; 2.philgeps Certificate Of Registration; 3.omnibus Sworn Statement The Contract Will Be Awarded To A Qualified Supplier Whose Bid Proposal Appears To Be The Most Advantageous And Responsive To The Lgu Of La Paz, Leyte, In Accordance With The Revised Irr Of Ra 9184 And The Agency's Judgment And Discretion, But Not In No Way Bound To Accept The Lowest Bid Or Any Bids Which In Its Judgment Are, In The Ultimate Analysis, Not Advantageous To The Government. Quotations Submitted After The Prescribed Deadline Shall No Longer Be Accepted. Only Accredited Suppliers May Secure An Official Request For Quotation Form From The Bac Secretariat. Participating Duly Licensed Suppliers/ Manufacturers/ Distributors/contractors Must Submit The Officially Prepared Request For Quotation Form, Signed And Sealed In An Envelope To The Bac Secretariat/twg, Lgu – La Paz, Leyte. The Local Government Unit Of La Paz, Leyte Reserves The Right To Accept Or Reject Any Or All Quotations, To Annul The Canvassing Process, And To Reject All Quotations At Any Time Prior To Contract Award, Without Thereby Incurring Any Liability To The Affected Supplier Or Suppliers, Or To Award Such Bid To The Supplier Whose Bid Is Considered Most Advantageous To The Government.
