The Municipal Local Government Unit Of Kayapa, Nueva Vizcaya, Implementing Partner Of The Department Of Agriculture, Now Invites Bids For The Upgrading Of Pangawan-banao Farm To Market Road (fmr). Completion Of The Works Is Required By 685 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within The Last Ten (10) Years, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.
