The Local Government Unit Of Kayapa Through The Mdf 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-nine Pesos (php 999,999.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of Communal Irrigation System (cis) At Gusaran, Tidang Village With Project Identification Number 2024-03-030. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Kayapa Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Required Fourty-six (46) Calendar Days Upon The Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
