Description Invitation To Bid For Supply And Delivery Of Assorted Vegetable Seeds 1. The Local Government Unit Of Kayapa, Through The Municipal Appropriations Act Of 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Twenty-two Thousand Four Hundred Pesos Only (php322,400.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Assorted Vegetable Seeds. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Kayapa Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Within 10 Days From Receipt Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 2 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
