The Local Government Unit Of Kayapa, Through The Municipal Development Fund 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Ninety Four Pesos And 01/100 (php 999,894.01) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Construction Of Slope Protection At Sitio Tuyungan, Kpw And Project Identification Number 2024-06-72. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Kayapa Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Seventy (70) Days From Receipt Of Ntp. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project.
