The Municipal Government Of Kalayaan Through 20% Development Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Above Stated Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments For The Abovementioned Contract, Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected And Declared Non-complying In The Financial Bid Opening. 3. The Municipal Government Of Kalayaan Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Invites Contractors To Submit Bids For The Abovementioned Contract. To Be Eligible To Bid For This Contract, A Contractor Must Meet The Following Major Requirements: (a) Filipino Citizen Or 75% Filipino-owned Partnership/corporation/joint Venture With Pcab License For Size Range “small B” (b) Completion Of A Similar Contract Costing At Least 50% Of The Abc, And (c) Net Financing Contracting Capacity (nfcc) At Least Equal To The Abc. 4.
