The Municipality Of Kalayaan Through The 20% Development Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Five Hundred Twenty-six Thousand Four Hundred Ninety Three Pesos & 00/100(php 1,526,493.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Assorted Construction Materials And Supplies Intended For The Construction Of One (1) Unit Homestay House Program. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Kalayaan Now Invites Bids For Supply And Delivery Of Assorted Construction Materials And Supplies Intended For The Construction Of One (1) Unit Homestay House Program. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days After Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
