The Municipality Of Kalayaan Through The Mdrrm 70% Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Ten Thousand Four Hundred Pesos & 00/100 (php 110,400.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Assorted Meals, Snacks And Venue Intended For The Conduct Of Public Service Continuity Plan . Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Kalayaan Now Invites Bids For Supply And Delivery Of Assorted Meals, Snacks And Venue Intended For The Conduct Of Public Service Continuity Plan. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Seven (7) Calendar Days After Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
