The Municipality Of Kalayaan Through The General Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Sixty Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (php 160,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Assorted Office Supplies Intended For Office Of The Municipal Mayor. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Kalayaan Now Invites Bids For Supply And Delivery Of Assorted Office Supplies Intended For Office Of The Municipal Mayor. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days After Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
