The Municipality Of Kalayaan Through The General Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Thousand Pesos & 00/100 (php 200,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Assorted Noche Buena Package Intended For Paskuhan Sa Bayan Celebration. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Kalayaan Now Invites Bids For Supply And Delivery Of Assorted Noche Buena Package Intended For Paskuhan Sa Bayan Celebration. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Seven (7) Calendar Days After Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
