Description Republic Of The Philippines Municipality Of Kalayaan Province Of Palawan Bids And Awards Committee Invitation To Bid Public Bidding Supply And Delivery Of Fuel, Oil And Lubricants And Assorted Supplies Intended For Water Supply Development Program In Pag-asa Island For 2nd And 3rd Quarter 1. The Municipality Of Kalayaan Through The 20% Development Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Sixty Pesos & 00/100 (php 199,960.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Fuel, Oil And Lubricants And Assorted Supplies Intended For Water Supply Development Program In Pag-asa Island For 2nd And 3rd Quarter. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Kalayaan Now Invites Bids For Supply And Delivery Of Fuel, Oil And Lubricants And Assorted Supplies Intended For Water Supply Development Program In Pag-asa Island For 2nd And 3rd Quarter. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days After Receipt Of The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
