Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Project Is Located At Barangay Luttuacan, Municipality Of Kabugao, Province Of Apayao, Cordillera Administrative Region. Completion Of The Works Is Required In Thirty (30) Calendar Days.
