Description Procurement Of Sports Equipment's And Billeting Materials For The 29th Apayao Foundation Day Sports Tournament Lgu-kabugao, Apayao The Local Government Unit Of Kabugao, Through Appropriation Ordinance No. 04 Series Of 2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Sixty-five Thousand Pesos (₱165,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Procurement Of Sports Equipment's And Billeting Materials For The 29th Apayao Foundation Day Sports Tournament Under Contract No. Sf Goods 2024-30. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. The Local Government Unit Of Kabugao Now Invites Bids For Procurement Of Sports Equipment's And Billeting Materials For The 29th Apayao Foundation Day Sports Tournament Under Contract No. Sf Goods 2024-30. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required To Be Delivered Within Fifteen (15) Days From The Contract Effectivity Date Stated In The Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within One (1) Year From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders.
