Description 1. The Local Government Unit Of Kabacan, Through The Office Of The Mayor Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Ninety Thousand Pesos (p190,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Procurement Of Meals & Snacks For Lgu Visitors & Various Activities. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Kabacan, Now Invites Bids For The Procurement Of Meals & Snacks For Lgu Visitors & Various Activities. Eligible Bidders Must Be Holding A Red Membership In Philgeps. 3. The Bidder/supplier Shall Provide Or Deliver The Food As Need Arises Or Various Activities As Requested By The End User In A Credit Basis But Shall Not Be Exceeded With The Abc. The Bidder/supplier Shall Submit To The Procuring Entity A Billing Statement After The Event Accompanied By An Invoice. 4. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Negotiated Procurement-small Value Procurement As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding Is Open To All Interested Bidders, Subject To The Conditions For Eligibility Provided In The Irr Of Ra 9184. 3. Interested Bidders May Submit Their Sealed Quotation At The General Services Office Or Bac Secretariat During Mondays To Fridays From 8:00am-5:00pm. 5. Quotations Must Be Duly Received By The Bac Secretariat Or Gso At The Address Below On Or Before October 25, 2025 At Exactly 9:00am. Late Quotations Shall Not Be Accepted.
