Description 1. The Local Government Unit Of Kabacan, Through Menro Intends To Apply The Sum Of Sixty Thousand Three Hundred Eighty Five Pesos (p60,385.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Purchase Of Sparts Parts/oil/hose For Maintenance Of Garbage Compactor. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected During Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Kabacan, Now Invites Bids For The Purchase Of Sparts Parts/oil/hose For Maintenance Of Garbage Compactor. Goods Must Be Delivered Within Three (3) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Purchase Order. Eligibility Of Bidders Must Be At Least Holding A Red Membership In Philgeps. 3. The Bidder/supplier Shall Provide Commercial Immediately Upon Requested On A Credit Basis But Shall Not Be Exceeded With The Abc. The Bidder/supplier Shall Submit To The Procuring Entity A Billing Statement Every First Week Of The Succeeding Month Accompanied By An Invoice. 4. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Negotiated Procurement-small Value Procurement As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding Is Open To All Interested Bidders, Subject To The Conditions For Eligibility Provided In The Irr Of Ra 9184. 3. Interested Bidders May Submit Their Sealed Quotation At The Bac Secretariat During Mondays To Fridays From 8:00am-5:00pm. 5. Quotations Must Be Duly Received By The Bac Secretariat At The Address Below On Or Before February 20, 2024 At Exactly 9:00am. Late Quotations Shall Not Be Accepted.
