Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Kabacan, Now Invites Bids For The For Procurement Of Meals & Accommodation For Live In Training & Workshop For 2024 Gad Plan & Budgeting And Gerl Ka Ba Tool Assessment To Be Held In Davao City. Eligibility Of Bidders Must Be At Least Holding A Red Membership In Philgeps. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Negotiated Procurement-small Value Procurement As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding Is Open To All Interested Bidders, Subject To The Conditions For Eligibility Provided In The Irr Of Ra 9184. 3.
