Description 1. The Local Government Unit Of Kabacan, Through Office Of The Mayor’s-donations Intends To Apply The Sum Of Fifty Four Thousand Pesos (p54,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Supply Of Chb For Burial Assistance. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected During Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Kabacan, Now Invites Bids For The Supply Of Chb For Burial Assistance. Goods Must Be Available Upon Request Of The Procuring Entity. Eligibility Of Bidders Must Be At Least Holding A Red Membership In Philgeps. 3. The Bidder/supplier Shall Provide 4” Chb Immediately Upon Requested On A Credit Basis But Shall Not Be Exceeded With The Abc. The Bidder/supplier Shall Submit To The Procuring Entity A Billing Statement Accompanied By An Invoice. 4. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Negotiated Procurement-small Value Procurement As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”. Bidding Is Open To All Interested Bidders, Subject To The Conditions For Eligibility Provided In The Irr Of Ra 9184. 3. Interested Bidders May Submit Their Sealed Quotation At The Bac Secretariat During Mondays To Fridays From 8:00am-5:00pm. 5. Quotations Must Be Duly Received By The Bac Secretariat At The Address Below On Or Before March 11, 2024 At Exactly 9:00am. Late Quotations Shall Not Be Accepted.
