The Local Government Unit Of Kabacan, Through The Office Of The Mayor Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Hundred Sixty Two Thousand Pesos (p162,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Purchase Of Basketball Fiber Board With Ring. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected During Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Kabacan, Now Invites Bids For The Purchase Of Basketball Fiber Board With Ring. Goods Must Be Delivered At Lgu Within Seven (7) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Purchase Order. Eligibility Of Bidders Must Be At Least Holding A Red Membership In Philgeps. 3.
