The Unit And All Attachments Shall Be Covered By The Standard Warranty Against Hidden Defects For At Least Two (2) Years Or 12,000 Kms Mileage Travel Whichever Comes First 9. The Bidder Must Ensure That Net Payload Capacity Of The Truck Can Handle 4,000 Or More Liters Of Water Volume Of The Tank. 10. The Bidders Must Be Boc (if Imported) And Lto Accredited. 11. The Bidder Shall Deliver The Water Truck Within 120 Days From Receipt Of Notice To Award To Supply Water Tanker With Complete Attachments And Accessories (together With The Checklist) To Lgu Jordan For Testing. 12. The Bidder Shall Include The Processing Of Lto Registration (red Plate) And Insurance Coverage Of The Unit. 13. The Winning Bidder Shall Conduct Training/ Seminar On The Proper Operation Of Water Tanker And Operators And Mechanics Within One (1) Month From The Issuance Of Certificate Of Acceptance By Lgu Jordan, The Expenses Which Shall Be Chargeable To The Winning Bidder. 14. The Winning Bidder Shall Provide Plant Inspection For Jordan Personnel In The Fabrication And Installation Of The Tank As Protocol For Product Verification. 15. Prior To Acceptance, The Winning Bidder Shall Conduct Road Test Of All The Units Together With Lgu Jordan Designated Personnel. The Incurred Costs Of This Road Testing Like Fuel, Meals And Other Related Expenses Shall Be On The Account Of The Supplier. 16. The Bidder Must Be Iso Certified 17.
