Description 1. The Municipality Of Jomalig, Quezon Through The Annual Budget Cy 2024, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Three Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (php 350,000.00) Only Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For “procurement Of Drugs And Medicines Cy 2024” With Project Identification Number App No. 2024-008. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu Jomalig, Quezon – Now Invites Bids For Above-mentioned Project, “procurement Of Drugs And Medicine”. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within 30 Calendar Days From Date Of Issuance Of Notice To Proceed Or Purchase Order. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non- Discretionary "pass/fail" Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184), Otherwise Known As The "government Procurement Reform Act."
