The Municipal Government Of Ibaan, Batangas, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Now Invites Bids For The Supply Of Services For The Physical Arrangement And Rental Of Lights And Sounds For The 193rd Founding Anniversary Of Ibaan And Les Kuhliembo Festival, Municipality Of Ibaan, Batangas. Completion Of The Services Required Is Two (2) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed Within Two (2) Years, A Contract Similar To The Project With An Amount Of At Least 50% From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Act”.
