Ed. District Of Hinigaran I & Ii, Municipality Of Hinigaran, Negros Occidental, Contract No. (100-2024-006-031) Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Hinigaran Now Invites Bids For The Purchase Of Supplementary Learning Materials For Public Elementary Schools From Kinder To Grade Iii In Dep. Ed. District Of Hinigaran I & Ii, Municipality Of Hinigaran, Negros Occidental. Delivery Of Goods Is Required After The Issuance Of Notice To Proceed. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within 2 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.
