The Local Government Unit Of Hinigaran Through 20% Development Fund (maintenance And Improvement Of Public Plaza) Intends To Apply The Sum Of P 354,661.00 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Reconstruction/repair Of Hinigaran Covered Court At Public Plaza, Municipality Of Hinigaran, Negros Occidental. (contract No. 100-2024-003-011). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Hinigaran Now Invites Bids For Labor And Materials For The Reconstruction/repair Of Hinigaran Covered Court At Public Plaza, Municipality Of Hinigaran, Negros Occidental. Completion Of The Works Is Required To End After 20 Days (5 Days After Receipt Of Notice To Proceed). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Ten (10) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project.
