The Local Government Unit Of Hilongos, Through The General Fund-current Appropriation-supplemental Budget No. 2024-01 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Nine Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety-seven Pesos & 74/100 (₱999,997.74)being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Rehabilitation Of Public Market Comfort Room Hil-2024-07-14-ley-ro08. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Hilongos Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 90 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
