The Local Government Unit Of Hilongos, Through The General Fund-current Appropriation-supplemental Budget No. 2024-02 Respectively, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Forty-five Thousand Pesos (₱245,000.00) Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Each Lot/item: Name Of Project Approved Budget For The Contract 1. Procurement Of 2 Units Laptop With Printer ₱ 170,000.00 2. Procurement Of 1 Unit Desktop Computer 55,000.00 3. Purchase Of Steel Cabinet 20,000.00 Total ₱ 245,000.00 With Identification No. Hilongos Gf-2024-11-301. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Local Government Unit Of Hilongos Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required By 20 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Three (3) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
