The Municipal Government Of Hagonoy, Bulacan, Through The Special Education Fund (sef) Fy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Twenty Five Pesos And 36/100 (php 1,999,925.36) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The “construction Of School Building – Hagonoy East District Teodora Cruz Elementary School” Project Identification Number: Infra-2024-08-48. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipal Government Of Hagonoy Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required 150 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project For The Last Three (3) Years. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
