The Municipality Of Guinayangan, Quezon, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Will Undertake A Negotiated Procurement – Small Value Procurement Method For The Supply And Delivery Of Meals And Snacks (world Teachers Day Celebration 2024 North And South District) For Use By Office Of The Municipal Mayor In Accordance With Section 53.9 Of The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (rirr) Of Republic Act No. 9184. 2. The Municipality Now Invites Eligible Suppliers To Submit Quotations For The Supply And Delivery Of Meals And Snacks As Follows: Item No. Qty. Unit Description 1 600 Pax Am Snacks Pasta/bihon, Bread And Bottled Water 2 600 Pax Lunch Chicken Viand, Vegetable Viand, 1 Cup Rice ,bottled Juice And Dessert 3 40 Pax Lunch (presidential Table) Beef Viand, Chicken Viand, Vegetable Viand, 1.5 Cup Rice ,bottled Juice And Dessert ***nothing Follows*** 3. Thru The Other Mooe The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Is One Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Pesos (p 199,000.00). Delivery Of The Goods Is Required On October 3, 2024. 4. A Complete Set Of Quotation Documents May Be Purchased By Interested Proponents On September 25, 2024 8:00 Am To 5:00 Pm Until September 30, 2024 From The Office Of The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) – Guinayangan, Quezon Upon Payment Of A Non-refundable Fee Of Five Hundred Pesos (p 500.00). Moreover, Eligibility Documents To Be Submitted Are (i) Photocopy Of Proponent’s Department Of Trade And Industry Or Securities And Exchange Commission Registration Certificate, As The Case Maybe; (ii) Mayor’s Permit; And (iii) Philgeps Registration Number. 5. Submission Of Eligibility And Quotation Documents Is On Or Before September 30, 2024 At 2:00 Pm While Opening Of Said Documents Will Follow Thereafter At The Same Address Indicated Above. Late Submission Shall Not Be Accepted. 6. The Forms, Which Are Part Of The Quotation Documents, Shall Be The Same Forms To Be Submitted By The Proponents For Their Compliance With The Schedule Of Requirements, Technical Specifications, And Financial Proposal. All Pages Of The Proposals Shall Be Initialed By The Person/s Signing The Bid. Non-compliance Therewith Shall Be Aground For Disqualification. The “no Contact Rule” Shall Apply.
