The Municipality Of Guinayangan, Quezon, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Will Undertake A Negotiated Procurement – Small Value Procurement Method For The Supply And Delivery Of Food With Rental Of Venue (to Be Served/used During Nutrition Program For The Program Implementation Review Under Pmnp) For Use By Mswdo In Accordance With Section 53.9 Of The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (rirr) Of Republic Act No. 9184. 2. The Municipality Now Invites Eligible Suppliers To Submit Quotations For The Supply And Delivery Of Food With Rental Of Venue As Follows: Item No. Qty. Unit Description 1 80 Pax Am Snacks Pasta With Water 2 80 Pax Lunch Rice , 2 Viands,vegetable And Water 3 80 Pax Pm Snacks Pasta With Water 4 80 Pax Dinner Rice , 2 Viands,vegetable And Water 5 1 Lot Rental Of Venue Use Of Function Hall, Sound System, Projector, Swimming Pool, Amenities & Entrance Fee Of Participants ***nothing Follows*** 3. Thru The Trust Fund The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Is Fifty Nine Thousand One Hundred Pesos (p 59,100.00). Delivery Of The Goods Is Required On December 17, 2024. 4. A Complete Set Of Quotation Documents May Be Purchased By Interested Proponents On November 13, 2024 8:00 Am To 5:00 Pm Until November 18, 2024 From The Office Of The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) – Guinayangan, Quezon Upon Payment Of A Non-refundable Fee Of Five Hundred Pesos (p 500.00). Moreover, Eligibility Documents To Be Submitted Are (i) Photocopy Of Proponent’s Department Of Trade And Industry Or Securities And Exchange Commission Registration Certificate, As The Case Maybe; (ii) Mayor’s Permit; And (iii) Philgeps Registration Number. 5. Submission Of Eligibility And Quotation Documents Is On Or Before November 18, 2024 At 2:00 Pm While Opening Of Said Documents Will Follow Thereafter At The Same Address Indicated Above. Late Submission Shall Not Be Accepted. 6. The Forms, Which Are Part Of The Quotation Documents, Shall Be The Same Forms To Be Submitted By The Proponents For Their Compliance With The Schedule Of Requirements, Technical Specifications, And Financial Proposal. All Pages Of The Proposals Shall Be Initialed By The Person/s Signing The Bid. Non-compliance Therewith Shall Be Aground For Disqualification. The “no Contact Rule” Shall Apply.
