The Municipality Of Guinayangan, Quezon, Through Its Bids And Awards Committee (bac), Will Undertake A Negotiated Procurement – Small Value Procurement Method For The Supply And Delivery Of Meals And Snacks With Catering Services (civil Service Commission Anniversary) For Use By Office Of The Municipal Mayor In Accordance With Section 53.9 Of The Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (rirr) Of Republic Act No. 9184. 2. The Municipality Now Invites Eligible Suppliers To Submit Quotations For The Supply And Delivery Of Meals And Snacks As Follows: Item No. Qty. Unit Description 1 300 Packs Am Snacks (pancit Malabon, Puto And Bottled Water) 2 300 Packs Lunch (rice, Pork Igado,fried Chicken, Buttered Mixed Vegetables And Bottled Water) 3 300 Packs Pm Snacks (ham Sandwich And Bottled Water) Note: Including Catering Services, Tables, Chairs And Decorations ***nothing Follows*** 3. Thru The Mooe 2024 The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) Is One Hundred Twenty Thousand Pesos (p 120,000.00). Delivery Of The Goods Is Required On September 27, 2024. 4. A Complete Set Of Quotation Documents May Be Purchased By Interested Proponents On September 10, 2024 8:00 Am To 5:00 Pm Until September 16, 2024 From The Office Of The Bids And Awards Committee (bac) – Guinayangan, Quezon Upon Payment Of A Non-refundable Fee Of Five Hundred Pesos (p 500.00). Moreover, Eligibility Documents To Be Submitted Are (i) Photocopy Of Proponent’s Department Of Trade And Industry Or Securities And Exchange Commission Registration Certificate, As The Case Maybe; (ii) Mayor’s Permit; And (iii) Philgeps Registration Number. 5. Submission Of Eligibility And Quotation Documents Is On Or Before September 16, 2023 0at 2:00 Pm While Opening Of Said Documents Will Follow Thereafter At The Same Address Indicated Above. Late Submission Shall Not Be Accepted. 6. The Forms, Which Are Part Of The Quotation Documents, Shall Be The Same Forms To Be Submitted By The Proponents For Their Compliance With The Schedule Of Requirements, Technical Specifications, And Financial Proposal. All Pages Of The Proposals Shall Be Initialed By The Person/s Signing The Bid. Non-compliance Therewith Shall Be Aground For Disqualification. The “no Contact Rule” Shall Apply.
