Description 1. Competently Assume The Duty And Responsibily Of Making The Medically Accepted Interpretations And Findings Of All X-ray Plates Forwarded To It By The First Party During A Particular Day And Which Reports Shall Be Out Rightly Delivered To The First Party, Without Any Delay, Not Later Than Eight(8:00a.m.) In The Morning Of The Following Day. 2. In The Event That X-ray Film Received By The Second Party From The First Party Be Damaged Or Destroyed By Reason Of Or Due To Fault Or Negligence Attributable To The Former, The First Party May Compel And Make The Second Party Liable To Replace The Damage Or Destroyed Film By Personally Undertaking The Actual X-ray Procedures On The Subject Without Charging The First Party For The Price Of The Film And Procedures Taken Except The Agreed Fee For The Reading Of Film. 3. The Second Party Shall Endeavor To Assist The Train The Radiologic Technologist Of The First Party With The End In View Of Improving Their Technical Skills In The Conduct Of Their Radiologic Performance. 4. The Second Party Agrees To Attend And Participate On The Scheduled Medical Conference And Audit As Set By The First Party Which May Be Vital In The Proper Care And Management Of The Patients.
