The Municipality Of Governor Generoso, Through The Approved Budget From The 20% Lgdf –cy 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Hundred Thousandpesos Only (php 500,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Farm To Market Road Gravelling Project At Purok 6,7 & 8, Brgy. Tamban, Governor Generoso, Davao Oriental. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Governor Generoso Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Sixty(60) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
