Late Bid Shall Not Be Accepted. The Municipality Of General Nakar, Quezon Now Invites Eligible Bidders/contractors To Bid For The Supply And Delivery Of Goods Described Above. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Within Thirty (30) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of The Notice Of Delivery. Bidders Should Have Completed Within Five (5) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Single Largest Completed Contract Similar To The Contract / Project To Be Bid. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Pursuant To Section 23.4.1.1 Up To Section 23.4.1.5 In The Rule Viii Of The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of R.a. 9184.
