Description Republic Of The Philippines Province Of Eastern Samar Municipality Of Gen.macarthur -o0o- Bids And Awards Committee Invitation To Bid For The Supply And Delivery Of Food Items For The Implementation Of Supplemental Feeding Program 2024. 1. The Municipality Of Gen. Macarthur, Through The Lgu Fund 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Hundred Twenty Nine Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety Four Pesos Only (php 629,994.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Food Items For The Implementation Of Supplemental Feeding Program 2024. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Gen. Macarthur, Bids And Awards Committee (bac) Will Conduct The Bidding For The Abovementioned Project. Completion Of Works Is Fifteen (15) Calendar Days. The Prospective Bidders Must Have An Experience Of Having Completed At Least One (1) Contract That Is Similar To The Contract To Be Bid And Whose Value, Adjusted To Current Prices Using The Nso Consumer Price Indices, Must Be At Least Fifty Percent (50%) Of The Abc To Be Bid, Within Five (5 Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids.
