Macarthur, Through The Ldrrmf 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Five Hundred Thousand Pesos Only (php 500,000.00 Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Rehabilitation Of Evacuation Center (replacement Of All Damage In The Ceiling, Roofing, Doors, Window And Stairs, Repair Of Crack In Walls And Downspout Clip, Application Of Vulcaseal In The Roof And Repainting Of The Building -exterior Walls, Interior Walls And Roofing) . Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Gen. Macarthur Now Invites Bids For The Above-mentioned Procurement Project. Completion Of Works Must Not Exceed Twenty (20) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipts Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidders Is Contained In Bidding Documents, Particularly In Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary Pass/fail Criterion As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The "government Procurement Reform Act". 4.
