Description 1. The Municipality Of Esperanza, Masbate Through Appropriation Ordinance No. 4, Series Of 2023 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Hundred Forty-nine Thousand Five Hundred Sixty-three Pesos And 59/100 (₱649,563.59) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Proposed Supply And Installation Of Renewable Energy (solar Power) For The Emergency Operations Center Building At Poblacion, Esperanza, Masbate With Project Reference Number (prn) Of Esperanza-inf-2024-10-14-b. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Esperanza, Masbate Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Fifteen (15) Calendar Days From The Start Of The Project. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii, Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (r.a.) No. 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act.” 4. Interested Bidders May Obtain Further Information From Municipality Of Esperanza, Masbate And Inspect The Bidding Documents At The Address Given Below From Mondays To Fridays At 08:00 Am To 05:00 Pm Philippine Standard Time (pst). 5. A Complete Set Of Bidding Documents May Be Acquired By Interested Bidders On October 14, 2024 To October 23, 2024 From The Address Below And Upon Payment Of The Applicable Fee For The Bidding Documents, Pursuant To The Latest Guidelines Issued By The Gppb, In The Amount Of One Thousand Pesos (₱1,000.00). The Bac Of The Municipality Of Esperanza, Masbate Shall Allow The Bidder To Present Its Proof Of Payment For The Fees In Person. 6.
