Description 1. The Barangay Lgu Of Agoho, Esperanza, Masbate Through Local Government Support Fund-growth Equity Fund (lgsf-gef) Of Fy 2022, Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Eighty-five Pesos And 15/100 (₱299,985.15) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For The Construction Of Library And Reading Center At Barangay Agoho, Esperanza, Masbate With Project Reference Number (prn) Of Agoho-inf-2024-09-04. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Barangay Lgu Of Agoho, Esperanza, Masbate Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is Required Within Sixty-five (65) Calendar Days From The Start Of The Project. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii, Instruction To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (r.a.) No. 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act.” 4.
