The Municipality Of Esperanza, Through The Municipal Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Six Million Two Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (php 6,250,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Rehabilitation/improvement Of Km. 21. Casiklan – Kinamaybay Access Road /contract Id No. Esp-infra-38-2024 At Barangay Kinamaybay, Esperanza, Agusan Del Sur. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Esperanza, Now Invites Bids For The Project Rehabilitation/improvement Of Km. 21 Casiklan – Kinamaybay Access Road At Barangay Kinamaybay, Esperanza, Agusan Del Sur. Completion Of The Works Is Required By 90 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Single Contract Similar To The Contract To Be Bid. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3.
