The Municipality Of Esperanza, Through The Municipal Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Six Hundred Thousand Pesos (php2,600,000.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Rehabilitation/improvement Of Purok Balobo –agsabu Access Road (phase Ii) /contract Id No. Esp-infra-10-2024 At Barangay Balobo And Agsabu, Esperanza, Agusan Del Sur. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Esperanza, Now Invites Bids For The Project Rehabilitation/improvement Of Balobo – Agsabu Access Road At Barangay Balobo And Agsabu, Esperanza, Agusan Del Sur. Completion Of The Works Is Required By 120 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Single Contract Similar To The Contract To Be Bid. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act 9184 (ra 9184). 4.
