Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Esperanza, Now Invites Bids For The Project Rehabilitation Of Esperanza Water Treatment Plant Multi Media Filters At Sitio Tagpulangao, Barangay Hawilian, Esperanza, Agusan Del Sur. Completion Of The Works Is Required By 90 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Single Contract Similar To The Contract To Be Bid.
