The Municipality Of Dupax Del Sur, Through The Brigada Fund 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Php 428,392.00 Being The Abc To Payments Under The Contract For Supply And Delivery Of Construction Materials And Supplies For The Brigada Eskwela Of Public Schools In Dupax Del Sur, Nv. The Abc And Description Per Lot Are Detailed As Follows: Lot No. Description Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) 1 Construction Materials And Supplies 428,392.00 Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Dupax Del Sur Now Invites Bids For The Supply And Delivery Of Construction Materials And Supplies For The Brigada Eskwela Of Public Schools In Dupax Del Sur, Nv. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required With In The Contract Duration Of Thirty (30) Days Upon Receipt Of Notice To Proceed (ntp). Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184.
