Request For Quotation Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At The Opening Of Request For Quotation. The Supplier Documents Shall Meet The Following Major Criteria. A) Filipino Citizen Of 75% Filipino-owned Partnership, Corporation, Cooperative, Or Joint Venture With Pcab License Applicable To The Type And Cost Of The Contract. B) Completion Of At Least One (1) Similar Contract Costing At Least 50% Of Abc To Be Bid. C) Net Financial Contracting Capacity At Least Equal To Abc Or Credit Line Commitment (clc) For At Least 10% Of Abc.
