The Lgu - Dingle, Through The Local Fund Intends To Apply The Sum Of Four Hundred Eighty-three Thousand Eighty Pesos Only (₱483,080.00) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payment Under The Contract For The Supply And Delivery Of Materials For The Construction Of Footwalk At Sitio Acacia-tabugon Phase 3, Brgy, Tabugon, Dingle Iloilo. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected During Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu - Dingle Through The Bids And Awards Committee Now Invites Bids From Eligible Bidders For The Supply And Delivery Of Materials For The Construction Of Footwalk At Sitio Acacia-tabugon Phase 3, Brgy, Tabugon, Dingle Iloilo. Delivery Of The Goods Is Required Thirty (30) Calendar Days Upon Receipt Of Purchase Order. Bidders Should Have Completed, Within Two (2) Years From The Date Of Submission And Receipt Of Bids, A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii. Instructions To Bidders. 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using A Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criteria As Specified In The Implementing Rules And Regulations Part A (irr-a) Of Republic Act (ra) 9184, Otherwise Known As The “government Procurement Reform Act”.
