The Lgu Dinalupihan, Bataan, Through Trust Fund (lgsf) For The Contract Approved By The Municipality Of Dinalupihan For 2024 Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Million Four Hundred Ninety-nine Thousand Nine Hundred Thirty-nine Pesos & 70/100 Only (₱2,499,939.70) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract Concreting Of Farm-to-market Road In Barangay Maligaya, Sitio Balite, Brgy. Maligaya, Dinalupihan, Bataan. Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Lgu Dinalupihan, Bataan Now Invites Bids Concreting Of Farm-to-market Road In Barangay Maligaya, Sitio Balite, Brgy. Maligaya, Dinalupihan, Bataan. Completion Of The Works Is Required Thirty-nine (39) Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3.
