The Municipality Of Dagami, Through The Annual Investment Plan 2024 (general Fund/spa 2024)) Intends To Apply The Sum Of Two Hundred Forty Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Ninety Six Pesos & 28/100 Only (249,796.28) Being The Approved Budget For The Contract (abc) To Payments Under The Contract For Beautification And Improvement Of Wwii Japanese/aip2024(gf2024)-8000-000-3-3-01-000-009-dag-2024(032). Bids Received In Excess Of The Abc Shall Be Automatically Rejected At Bid Opening. 2. The Municipality Of Dagami Now Invites Bids For The Above Procurement Project. Completion Of The Works Is 22 Calendar Days. Bidders Should Have Completed A Contract Similar To The Project. The Description Of An Eligible Bidder Is Contained In The Bidding Documents, Particularly, In Section Ii (instructions To Bidders). 3. Bidding Will Be Conducted Through Open Competitive Bidding Procedures Using Non-discretionary “pass/fail” Criterion As Specified In The 2016 Revised Implementing Rules And Regulations (irr) Of Republic Act (ra) No. 9184. 4.
